Princess Alexa Foundation - Touch a Truck Fundraiser | Dallas Event Photographer
I had the privilege of volunteering at a fundraiser for this amazing foundation yesterday. To read about it, please visit: www.princessalexafoundation.org . Their purpose is to collect and provide costumes and dress-up clothes for seriously and terminally ill children who are living in hospitals and hospice care facilities. Imagine the joy that this kind of play can bring to a sick child! Anyway, it was a wonderful day and so many people came out to lend their support. There were all kinds of "trucks" to touch, climb on, and play in: a fire engine, police car, school bus, limo, crane, delivery truck, etc. They even had the actual pick-up truck from the movie "Twilight!" Children and adults all seemed to enjoy the day equally, and I was fortunate enough to catch some of it with my camera. If you feel so compelled, please donate to this very worthy cause.
